Roy Dripps
Attorney Roy Dripps has been practicing law for over 40 years. He is credited with obtaining millions of dollars in settlements and court awards for individuals injured due to barge and other company negligence. In 2001, Dripps successfully argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, which held that injured seaman have the right to have their cases heard by state courts. Other exceptional verdicts Dripps is responsible for include:
- A $7,500,000 verdict for a deckhand who was permanently paralyzed from the waist down when a crane failed, causing a barge cover to hit him
- An $8.4 million verdict for a client who lost a leg as a result of a defective nail gun and ultimately collected
- A $9.9 million when the verdict was affirmed on appeal, with interest

Michael Blotevogel
Attorney Michael T. Blotevogel turned down a prestigious position in the U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program after graduating from law school to fight for the rights of injured individuals. Since 2004, he has represented personal injury clients, helping them seek the justice they deserve. He has obtained significant court verdicts and settlements in many different types of personal injury cases.
Blotevogel has argued before the Fifth Circuit, Seventh Circuit, Eighth Circuit, and Tenth Circuit within the United States Courts of Appeals, as well as the Illinois Supreme Court, the Missouri Supreme Court, courts of appeals in Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, and Florida, and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. He has also drafted appellate briefing that led to victories in two cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He
